Oleksandr Ponomarenko is an Academician and Secretary of the Department of Earth Sciences, Member of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Department for Geochemistry of Isotopes and Mass Spectrometry, Doctor of Geology, Honoured Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine.

He is a Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine specializing in Isotope Geology elected on March 6, 2015.

Oleksandr Ponomarenko is a professor, Doctor of Geology. Fields of research: Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Petrology.

In 1970, he graduated from Kyiv Geological Exploration College.

In 1979, he graduated from the Geology Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, started working at the Institute of Geochemistry and Physics of Minerals of the National Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (nowadays M. P. Semenenko Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Ore Formation of the NAS of Ukraine) at the positions of Engineer, Junior Research Fellow, Head of a laboratory, Researcher, Senior Research Fellow, Head of a Department, Deputy Director for Science.

In 1984, Oleksandr Ponomarenko completed his postgraduate studies at the Institute of Geochemistry and Physics of Minerals (IGFM) of the NAS of the Ukrainian SSR.

In 1988, he defended his Ph.D. thesis on "Geochronology of the Precambrian Formations of the Rosinsko-Tikichskyi District of the Ukrainian Shield".

In 2003, Oleksandr Ponomarenko defended his doctoral thesis on "Uranium and Lead Geochronology of the Early Precambrian of the Ukrainian Shield". He is an expert in the field of Isotope Geochronology and Isotope Geochemistry.

Oleksandr Ponomarenko is an author of more than 130 scientific papers, including 3 monographs.

In 2002, he directly contributed to the establishment of the Department of Targeted Expert Training in "Isotope Geology", "Chronostratigraphy" and "Geochemical Search Methods" at the premises of the Institute, for students of the Geology Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he gives a course of lectures.

Oleksandr Ponomarenko is one of the founders and Director of the Centre for the Shared Instrument Use at M.P. Semenenko Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Ore Formation of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Mass-spectometric Centre for Solid Phase, Isotopic Gas and Trace Element Analysis".

He is Deputy Chairman of the Phanerozoic Chronostratigraphy, Classification, Terminology and Nomenclature Commission, a member of the Archean Commission, a member of the Palaeoproterozoic Commission of the National Stratigraphic Committee, Deputy Head of the Specialized Doctoral Thesis Examination Board at the M.P. Semenenko Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Ore Formation of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Chief Editor of the "Mineralogical Journal", Member of the editorial team of the collection of scientific papers "Geochemistry and Ore Formation", periodical "Notes of the Ukrainian Mineralogical Society". In the recent years, Oleksandr Ponomarenko has been actively working at the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine in the position of Academician and Secretary of the Department of Earth Sciences.

In 2009, he was awarded a Certificate of Honour by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In 1984, Volodymyr Bezvynnyi graduated from the Geology Faculty of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv with a degree in Geological Survey, Prospecting and Exploration of Mineral Deposits, geological engineer.

From 1984 to 1989 he worked as a geologist, site supervisor of Tuostakh party within Yana geological survey expedition of Yakutskheolohiia Geological Association.

In the period from 1989 to 2012 he served as a geologist, site supervisor, head of a survey party, director of the Centre for Regional Geological Studies of Pivnichheolohiia State Regional Geological Enterprise.

Since 2012 he holds various executive positions in Tutkovsky Group of Companies.

Since 2020 - Head of the Board of Nadra Group PJSC.

Volodymyr Bezvynnyi has a PhD in Geology, is EurGeol 1310. His area of expertise comprises petrology and metallogeny of Precambrian granitoids, geology of gold and rare metal fields.

He has written over 30 scientific papers, is an author, co-author and editor of 17 sheets of the State Geological Map of Ukraine at a scale of 1:200 000. He is an author and co-author of more than 30 geological production reports.

Volodymyr has discovered and evaluated deposits of gold, antimony (Sakha Republic (Yakutia, Russia), rare metals (tantalum), apatite ores, construction materials (Ukraine), provided advisory services in respect of the geology of gold deposits to mining companies of Mongolia, Ghana and Mali.

Volodymyr Bezvynnyi is a member of the National Petrographic and National Stratigraphic (Precambrian Section) Committees of Ukraine, the Scientific Council for the Prediction of Solid Minerals and the Scientific Editorial Board of the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine, a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Geologist of Ukraine, Chairman of the Managing Board of Ukrainian Association of Geologists NGO, a delegate from Ukrainian Association of Geologists NGO in the Council of the European Federation of Geologists (EFG).

He has been awarded a Third Class Order of Merit, a Certificate of Honour from the Parliament of Ukraine, industry awards of the State Geological Service of Ukraine, including an Honorary Prospector Badge, L.I. Lutugin Medal, V.I. Luchytskyi Medal, a Second Class Medal of Merit from the Ukrainian Association of Geologists.

He began his career in 1986 as a computer operator in the Comprehensive Geophysical Expedition of the Production Geological Association “Pivnichukrgeologia".

From 1988 to 1993 he studied at the Geological Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv at the specialty "Geophysical methods of search and exploration of mineral deposits" and qualification - engineer-geophysicist.

After graduating with honors, he worked at the Faculty of Geophysics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv as engineer of the 1st category (1993-1994), head of the laboratory (1994-1996), assistant (1996-2000) and associate professor (2000-2018).

He taught courses: Geophysical methods of research, Quantitative analysis of magnetic anomalies, History and methodology of geological science, Information technology in geophysics, Hazardous geological processes, Engineering Geodynamics, Processing and analysis of gravimagnetic fields using a computer and Programming. He supervised geophysical researches during comprehensive practical training of students in geological survey (Carpathians, Mountain Crimea and Polissia).

He studied as postgraduate (1993-1997) and in 1999 defended his Ph.D. thesis "Interpretation of magnetic anomalies in an automated mode" in the specialty "Geophysics".

In December 2002 he was awarded the title of associate professor of the Faculty of Geophysics.

The founder and faculty curator at the Kyiv University of the first Ukrainian Student Society - Kyiv University Geophysical Society (SEG) (2002). His activities attracted ten foreign lecturers, students received access to Geophysics and The Leading Edge magazines, participated in student education programs (SEP), student leaders' symposia (SLS), the first geoscience field camp was conducted in Ukraine (2017) etc. The tutor of student societies: European Association of Geosciences and Engineers (EAGE) (2010-2015) and American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) (2007-2016).

Winner of award of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for young scientists (2000), holder of scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2002-2004).

Under Erasmus Mundus program in 2008 and 2009 he was a trainee (Post-Doctorate) at the University of Algarve (c. Faro) and an employee at the University of Mignole (c. Guimaraes) in Portugal in 2014.

In 1978 he graduated from the Faculty of Geology of Lviv State University, specializing in Geology and Exploration of Mineral Resources, an engineer and geologist.

In 1978 - 1989 he worked in the Production Geological Association "Pivdenukrgeologia" on the posts of a geologist, senior geologist and chief of the team.

From 1989 to 2000 - Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Minerals of the Geological Faculty of I.Franko Lviv National University.

In 2000-2011 - Deputy Director of Science, acting Director of the Ukrainian State Geological Prospecting Institute.

In 2011-2014 - worked as the chief researcher at the Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Ore Formation named after M.P. Semenenko of the NAS of Ukraine and chief geologist of Top Target Co., UA Mining Co., and Style Research (SL) Ltd. in Sierra Leone.

In 2014-2015 – first science vice-chancellor of PHEI Tutkovsky Institute.

From 2015 - Chairman of the Board of the company "Expert Council of the Ukrainian Association of Geologists", expert of the European projects on water policy of the EU (KINDRA), mineral raw materials (INTRAW), development of robotized systems for geodetic and flood mine exploration (UNEXMIN); combined heat generation, extraction of metals from ultra-deep ore bodies (CHPM2030).

In 2003 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the theme "Volcano-plutonic assemblages of green stone belts of the Ukrainian shield (formations, paleo volcanological reconstruction, metallogeny)".

Sphere of scientific interests includes: geology and metallogeny of green stone structures, geology of deposits of noble and rare metals, diamonds.

The author of more than 350 scientific works, including 20 collective monographs. The author and co-author of 18 production geological reports.

7 candidates and 1 doctor of geological sciences have been trained under his scientific guidance.

Important discoveries include Sergiivsk gold ore deposit (Ukraine), discovery of metal rhenium and its intermetallic substances in Precambrian ultra-bases for the first time on the planet Earth (2006), "The phenomena of petro physical fixation of geodynamic processes ..." (diploma No. 333, register No. 417, 2007), discovery of new kimberlite fields, separate systems of pipes and dikes in Sierra Leone (West Africa).

From 1995 to 2013 he worked as the chief geologist of the State Geological Survey, head of the department of regional geological research, deputy director of the Department of Geology of the State Geological Survey of Ukraine. Since 2014 - the head of the Research Department of PHEI Tutkovsky Institute.

Mykhailo Gonchar

He was born in Ukraine in 1963. He got higher technical education and in 1986 he graduated from Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation. He served in the Air Force. In 90s he held the state position at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. He worked as a senior research fellow at the National Institute for Strategic Studies, adviser at the National Institute for International Security Affairs of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in 1996-2000 - advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. He got trained in the European Commission and NATO.

In 2000s he worked in the oil and gas sector of Ukraine, at the responsible positions as the head of the staff of Office of the Special Commissioner of Ukraine for Euro-Asian Oil Transportation Corridor, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Ukrtransnafta". In 2005-2006 he was co-director of the Ukrainian-Polish joint venture "Sarmatia". He is awarded an honorary diploma of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.

Since 2006 he is engaged in non-state sector, Director of the Center for Energy "NOMOS" (Sevastopol), a member of the editorial board of the journal "Black Sea Security”. Since 2008 he is the founder and the President of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI”. He is an associate expert at the Razumkov Center and the Russian Research Center. In cooperation with international partners M. Gonchar headed a number of projects on the transparency of the operation of the oil and gas sector of Ukraine, the features of extraction of unconventional gas, the use of energy infrastructure, etc.

The author of a number of books and numerous publications on mining, hydrocarbon energy industry, energy security, international relations, hybrid threats published in Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the Netherlands, Finland, etc. He is a member of a number of international conferences on energy and security issues in Poland, Slovakia, Germany. He is a member of a number of Ukrainian and international formats, in particular the National Committee for Industrial Development of Ukraine headed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Ukrainian-Polish Partnership Forum under headed by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Poland, Ukrainian-Slovak Forum.

In 1977 graduated from the Geological Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv at the specialty "Geophysical methods of search and exploration of mineral deposits".

In 1985 he defended his Ph.D. thesis "Corals of the Middle Carboniferous and detailed dismemberment of the Bashkir and Moscow stages of Mountain Bashkiria".

After graduating from the university, he worked in the geological survey teams of the Krasnoyarsk Geological Department. In 1979-1983 he studied at the post-graduate course of Kyiv University (supervisor - prof. O.L. Anor). As member of the expeditions of the Faculty of Geology, performed thematic paleontological and stratigraphic studies of the Upper Paleozoic in the Urals, Cisurals, and Tien Shan.

In 1983-1993, working at Pivnichukrgeologia NGO, he was engaged in geological interpretation of geophysical data of individual sections of the Ukrainian Shield, the Volyn-Podilsky Plate, Dnieper-Donets Rift. He is a co-author of a number of reports and practical recommendations on the search for radioactive, rare and rare-earth elements, polymetals, kimberlites, oil and gas.

During 1993-2001 he worked at CJSC Concern Nadra, where he was engaged in geological exploration of oil and gas fields within the limits of the Dnieper-Donets Rift, Volyn-Podilsky plate and Transcarpathian site.

Since January 2002 - assistant, since May 2005 - associate professor of the Department of Geology of Mineral Resources of the Geological Faculty.

Since September 1, 2006, he has been enrolled in the doctoral program of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (scientific consultant - prof. V.A. Mykhailov), continuing to work as associate professor (part-time).

In 2008 he was awarded the departmental award of the State Geological Survey - L.I. Lutugin medal

In February 2009 he was awarded the title of Associate Professor of the Department of Geology of Mineral Resources.

In 2009, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the theme "Stratigraphy of Carboniferous deposits of Ukraine and the development of cnidarians", and in 2010 he received a doctorate in geological sciences in the field of stratigraphy and paleontology.

Since 2010 - Associate Professor, and since 2011 - Professor of the Department of Geology of Oil and Gas.

He lectures courses Regional geology, Oil and gas provinces of the world, Search and exploration of oil and gas fields, Forecasting of oil and gas bearing depths.

He is the head of the group of students during the integrated geological survey practice (Mountain Crimea) and the head of on-the-job training.

Scientific interests include stratigraphy and oil-gas bearing of the upper Paleozoic, geological interpretation of geophysical data.

He has over 75 scientific publications.

Yurii Teslia

In 1980 he graduated from the Kyiv Civil Engineering Institute (since 1999 – Kyiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture) with a specialization in «Automated control systems» summa cum laude. From the first year of study he joined a group of young scientists who worked on the development of an automated control system for the Kyiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

He worked as an engineer in the Computing Center of the Cherkasy branch of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (Now the ChDTU – Cherkasy State Technological University). Two years later, in the collection «Programmed learning» he published his first scientific work.

In 1983, he was in charge of the construction of the Yuzhnoukrainska NPP (DC NPP). Here he worked in various work positions. Senior engineer, Head of the development team (1983–1984), Deputy head of the automated control system (ACS) department (1984–1987), Head of the ACS department (1987–1988), Chief specialist of the ACS (1988–1989) on the YuU NPP.

He was the initiator of the creation in 1989 in the construction management of the Yuzhnoukrainska NPP the Center for engineering preparation of construction, in which he worked as chief engineer from 1989 to 1990. Head of the ACS (1990–1992), scientific supervisor of the ACS (1992). And all this time he directed the project of creating an automated control system for the construction of the Yuzhnoukrainskyi energy complex. In 1989, proceeding from the materials of this project, he defended his Ph.D. thesis.

Theme of scientific research – basis of the theory of information interaction and its application to the construction of artificial intelligence systems.

In 1995, Yuri Teslia was trained in the United States under the World Bank’s programme for training specialists for Ukraine on project management methodology (Project Management).

Since 1992 he worked at the Engineering and Technology Institute as the senior lecturer of the Department of Computing Technology. Within six years he worked as an assistant professor (1993–1999), for another two years – as professor, and then headed the Department of Project Management and Informatics.

In 2001 he defended his doctoral thesis on «Theoretical basis, methods and means of matrix information technologies of managing construction of the complex energy facilities». The only Doctor of Sciences in Ukraine on managing the construction of complex energy facilities.

Since 2003, he worked at the Kiev National University of Construction and Architecture on work positions of the professor of the Department of Information Technologies and Professor of the Department of Project Management.

In 2005 he was elected pro-rector for scientific and methodical work and informatization and head of the Department of Intelligent and Information Systems of the Cherkasy National University named after B. Khmelnytskyi. Less than for a year, an information system for managing academic loads was developed and implemented.

Since 2007, once again he works at the Kyiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. In parallel, he successfully manages the creation of project management systems in the companies «Carbon», ICD Investments, EASTONE (Business «Real Estate»). In May 2007, he obtained the certificate of the International Association for Project Management of High Level – «А».

Since 2013, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology of the Kyiv National University of Taras Shevchenko.

Professor Teslia is the author of 120 scientific works; he had prepared one doctor of science and more than ten candidates sciences.

Olena Ivanova

Head of the Supervisory Board

She graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 1999 with a degree in Organization Management and qualified as an economic manager. Her experience in the specialty is 22 years, including 18 years in the field of project management.

In 2018 she graduated from the joint postgraduate course in Management of European projects in the financial perspective of the EU 2014-2020 at the University of Social Sciences (Poland) (diploma of the University of Social Sciences (Poland), the 7th level of the Polish Qualification Framework).

From 1999 to 2012 she worked at the State Enterprise DerzhZovnishInform, the State Information and Analytical Center for Monitoring Foreign Commodity Markets.

Since 2002 she has been managing a separate structural subdivision of project development and information support of foreign economic activity at DerzhZovnishInform.

From 2005 to 2009 she headed Inform-Metal LLC, a company for consulting in the market of goods of the mining and metallurgical complex.

In 1999–2012, as part of the project team, Derzhzovnishinform has implemented more than 60 projects (CIS and EurAsEC government economic summits, national exhibitions and expositions in Ukraine's trading partner countries, bilateral business forums, projects of international trade facilitation organizations, industrial forums, industrial conferences) in Austria, Azerbaijan, Germany, USA, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine at the request of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ukraine, Swiss Export Promotion Organization (SIPPO), International Trade Organization, European Union, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine, the Center for Adaptation of Civil Service to EU Standards and the European Commission in Ukraine, numerous commercial customers in the field of mining and metallurgical complex, agro-industrial complex, chemical industry, entities engaged in foreign economic activity.

In 2008, as part of the project team of the State Enterprise DerzhZovnishInform at the request of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine she has developed the Comprehensive system of information and consulting support and export development.

In 2010 she held the position of Head of the Export Support Bureau at the Department for Trade and Economic Cooperation.

Since 2012 he has been working at the TUTKOVSKY Group in management positions.

At the moment she holds the positions of the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of PJSC Tutkovsky, PJSC Nadra Group and GEO Hub LLC.

Dmytro Chmyryov

In 1998 he graduated from Kyiv National University of Economics and received specialties in Business Economics and Project Management and Consulting.

In 2021 he graduated from the Open International University of Human Development ‘Ukraine’ and received a bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence.

His work experience is 25 years.

From 1992 to February 1996 he worked at the Information and Publishing Agency "CHAS" in the positions: Accountant Cashier, later as Chief Accountant.

From March 1996 to January 2017 he worked in the banking system of Ukraine (JSC Ukrinbank, OJSC VTB Bank (Ukraine), PJSC JSB Ukrgasbank, PJSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval) with experience in management positions over 20 years.

In January 2017, he joined the TUTKOVSKY International Natural Resources Hub.

Halyna Kyrychenko

She graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in automation of thermal power processes.

From 1966 to 1972 she worked as a Senior Engineer at UkrNDIplastmash.

In 1973-1974 she was an Engineer of the 2nd category at the Research Institute of Construction Production of the State Construction Committee of the Ukrainian SSR.

During 1973-1994 she held the position of Senior Engineer at ‘DPNDI GosRadioProekt’.

In 1994-1997 she was an Administrator of the enterprise ‘PMP Valeria Center’.

In 1997 she joined CJSC Nadra, where she held the leading position of the Head of the Settlement Department.

During 1998 she worked as the Head of the Trade Department at UkrZarubizhNaftogaz Corporation.

From 1999 to 2003 she was General Director of Nadra Exim LLC.

In 2003 – 2012 she was Project Manager of CJSC Concern Nadra, until 2013 she worked as a Manager of the Economic department at Nadra Integrated Solutions LLC.
