Regional representatives of the International Hub of Natural Resources TUTKOVSKY can become private persons and legal entities after signing a corresponding Agency Agreement.
By implementing its mission, the International Hub of Natural Resources TUTKOVSKY aims to promote ideas of an effective, balanced and investment-attractive use of natural resources globally in response to the challenges of the XXI century.
To realize this mission TUTKOVSKY is constantly extending the network of regional representatives by engaging local specialists and companies that share these ideas and would like to assist in the practical realization of implementing integrated highly technological solutions in projects related to the use of natural resources. We consider such representatives to possess the best knowledge regarding the potentials, needs and problems in the area related to the use of natural resources in their countries, and have a strong interest in the implementation of related projects that help in achieving sustainable development.
Local companies or private persons become the Hub’s representatives by signing the Agency Agreement with the Hub’s Operating Company. The Operating Company organizes the cooperation and coordinates the activity of the Hub’s partners and regional representatives.
Regional representatives are invited to scientific communications as well as to participate in marketing, scientific-technical and other Hub’s actions. Thus, they obtain all necessary information related to the services and products, scientific and technological developments of all Hub’s partners. This will help them to realize marketing activity in searching for projects and programs related to the use of natural resources in their countries.
Regional representatives enjoy full rights as participants in the Hub’s projects. On behalf of the Hub, they take part in negotiations with potential customers – investors, production companies and governments, assist in contract execution and in the successful implementation of the project, and receive mutually agreed agency remuneration.
The role of regional representatives in the Hub’s activity is important as it harmonies the interests of all the participants in projects related to the use of natural resources. In particular, they take part in negotiations with governments, local authorities and population, they explain the project goals, the environmental impacts and the preventive measures and rehabilitation as well as the benefits of the project implementation for the country and the local population. To successfully perform the described role, they will require specific knowledge and practices that can be harnessed through the seminars and trainings organized by the Operating Company.
Taking into consideration a wide range of the Hub’s activities and clients, only one representative will not be able to cover all the services and products offered by the suppliers – Hub’s partners. Consequently, the exclusivity representation of the Hub in the region (country) is not given as a general rule.

The companies or private persons, chosen after the pre-qualification procedure to become regional representatives of the International Hub of Natural resources TUTKOVSKY, will have to sign the Agency Agreement with the Hub’s Operating Company.
